Deposits and Fees

We require a refundable security deposit of $700.

Water, sewer, and garbage is not included in the monthly rent. Resident will pay $100 per month for the first two residents and an additional $25 per resident, per month thereafter. This is due with each months rent payment.

Electric is not included in the monthly rent. Resident will pay Tacoma Public Utilities directly for service. 

We require a pet deposit of $400 for the first pet and $250 for the second. This is a refundable pet deposit. 

Pet rent is $25 per month, per pet. This is due with each months rent payment. 

Garage parking is available at a rate of $35 per month due with each months rent payment.

Additional storage is available for rent at a rate of $50 per month. Due with each months rent payment.
